Colonial Heritage is a new, 55+ community being developed by Lennar Homes. The golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, and it is has been open for a little more than a year. This community has developed rapidly and probably about 35-40% of the homes are now complete. Prices have come down substantially, and some of the very best deals in Williamsburgs can now be found in Colonial Heritage.

Lennar has a very similar community in Gainesville, VA called Heritage Hunt (same style homes, same amenities, even the same golf course designer). So, if you live near this community, you can check out the models there. Both attached and detached home models are available.

All residents are members of the Country Club, and the membership fees are included in the monthly HOA fee (currently about $230). This gives residents access to all of the club amenities and to golf on a fee/play basis.
